By accessing and using GoGiggles Play Center services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process: You can book play sessions through our website or at our facility. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Payment: Payment can be made on-site at the time of your visit. We accept cash, UPI, cards, and digital wallets.

2.3 Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

2.4 Session Times: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time.

3. Safety and Supervision

3.1 Parental Supervision: Parents/guardians must remain on the premises during the entire play session.

3.2 Health Requirements: Children showing symptoms of illness should not attend. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.

3.3 Age Requirements: Our facility is designed for children aged 1-12 years. Age-appropriate zones must be respected.

3.4 Safety Rules: All safety rules and staff instructions must be followed. We reserve the right to remove anyone not complying with safety guidelines.

4. Specialized Sessions

Our specialized sessions (11 AM - 2 PM) are designed for children with special needs, including those with sensory sensitivities. These sessions feature reduced capacity, controlled sensory environment, and trained special needs staff. Advance booking is recommended for these sessions.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Assumption of Risk: Play activities involve inherent risks. By using our facility, you acknowledge these risks.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: GoGiggles is not liable for injuries resulting from normal play activities or failure to follow safety guidelines.

5.3 Personal Property: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5.4 Insurance: We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for our facility.

6. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival.

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a family-friendly, inclusive environment. Unacceptable behavior includes:

  • Aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
  • Smoking, alcohol, or drug use on premises
  • Unauthorized entry to staff or restricted areas
  • Violation of safety rules or staff instructions

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and potential ban from future visits.

8. Pricing and Fees

8.1 Pricing: Our pricing is subject to change. Current rates are displayed on our website and at the facility.

8.2 Special Rates: Specialized sessions may have different pricing due to enhanced staffing and controlled environment.

8.3 Group Bookings: Special rates available for birthday parties and group events. Contact us for details.

9. Facility Rules

  • Socks are mandatory for all children in the play area
  • Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas
  • Personal toys and equipment are not permitted in play areas
  • Maximum capacity limits must be respected
  • Follow age-appropriate zone guidelines

10. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary information for bookings and emergency contacts. Medical information is stored securely and used only for your child's safety and care.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency, our staff are trained in first aid and CPR. Emergency services will be contacted immediately if needed. We maintain emergency contact information for all children and will notify parents/guardians immediately in case of any incident.
